Albert Chan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University in the United States, as well as a Ph.D. from Baylor College of Medicine and a postdoctoral fellowship at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. He is proficient in various aspects of intellectual property law practice (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, commercial transactions, litigation, patent licensing, technology transfer, valuation, and trade secrets), particularly in the field of biotechnology. Dr. Chen's clients include inventors, technology startups, and well-known universities and research institutions from the United States, China, and around the world.
