These qualifications equipped him with a solid foundation in legal principles and procedures. With his technical background and legal knowledge, Johnny focused his practice on commercial and corporate laws. He has worked closely with clients, providing legal advice and assistance on various commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
